Plate and Frame Evaporator Cooling vs. Traditional Cooling
Processor CPU cooling is a critical aspect of a functioning computer system, and for this reason, computer cooling is a significant factor that should be determined at an early stage in system design. Traditionally, it adopts airflow or liquid-flow to cool heat-generating components. However, these two ways request enough space and some major changes to work.
Outmoded liquid-cooling of computers is complicated and requires a combination of several separate parts, not to mention poor cooling efficiency: A pump to move water, a reservoir to hold water or liquid, one or more radiators with fans to cool computer, and maybe 'water blocks' on each of the various components to be cooled. These are all connected via tubing specially cut to fit the exact hardware setup. Such configurations are poor effective at cooling CPUs, GPUs, and sometimes even the chipset, or hard drives. However, the large amount of separate parts involved and complexity of setting it up added substantially to the cost of a computer. Plus, there is also the risk of water leakage, as there are many seals which could degrade or loosen over time.
Thanks to RIGID Technology, we work out a solution for precision instrument effective cooling like computer, CPU, Laser tube etc. That's straight tube heat exchanger direct cooling system. Plate and Frame Evaporator is a device built for efficient heat transfer from one medium to another, whether the media are separated by a solid wall so that they never mix, or the media are in direct contact. They are widely used in liquid cooling, precision device and instrument direct cooling. The plate evaporator has configuration of counter-flowheat, the fluids (coolant) enter the exchanger from opposite ends. This special design is the most efficient, in that it can transfer the most heat. Besides, it is much safe no longer worry about any water leakage, as well as no need of large changes of devices.
In a word, heat exchanger contact cooling is perhaps the most tangible benefit of PC cooling, but there are other reasons some folks are interested in it: contact-cooling can make a computer look very stylish, for example, or allow operation of more hot-running components than a chassis could normally keep cool.
