Introducing the RIGID Micro DC Aircon, a marvel of compact engineering designed to provide efficient cooling for small and enclosed spaces, such as cabins, cuddy cabins, and electric vehicles. This mobile air conditioning unit operates seamlessly on DC voltages of 12V/24V/48V, effortlessly integrating into challenging confined spaces and withstanding extremely hot environments!
The micro DC aircon sub-system is designed for effortless integration into customer systems and devices. Its minimal footprint and lightweight construction make it ideal for compact space cooling solutions. Perfect for a variety of small spaces, this portable Micro DC A/C is a preferred choice for RVs, vans, boats, camper trailers, vehicles, tents, and portable coolers. Additionally, it excels in cooling electronic equipment and telecommunications systems. Designed with versatility in mind, these units can be powered by DC sources including batteries and solar power. They are crafted to be compact, lightweight, and incredibly easy to install, offering flexible solutions for varied cooling needs.
The RIGID Micro DC Air conditioner unit, powered by a BLDC (brushless direct current) miniature vapor compressor, represents cutting-edge small-scale air conditioning. This compact, energy-efficient compressor epitomizes modern engineering excellence. The BLDC mini compressor utilizes an electric motor driven by direct current, eliminating the mechanical brushes that traditionally cause friction, heat, and wear in standard AC (alternating current) motors. This innovative design leads to superior energy efficiency, reduced noise levels, and an extended lifespan when compared to traditional AC compressors. Embrace the future of cooling technology with RIGID.

1. Does this micro air conditioner unit run inside the space or does it need to be vented to outside of the cabinet?
-There must be a heat emission hole in your system, you can use flexible tubes to connect the air conditioner unit.
2. How to connect the wiring diagram of RIGID mini cooling system?
-All wires are ready before shipping. Users only need to do 3 steps:
a. Connect to the DC power supply
b. The drive board connects to the compressor
c. Connect to your system's on&off switch
3. How does one recharge/refill the refrigerant?
-All RIGID Aircon units are fully charged with oil and refrigerant before shipping. Users needn't charge refrigerant. Afterwards, If you need to refill the compressor with refrigerant for maintenance, there's one valve for a refrigerant refill.
4. How to deal with condensate water?
-There is a drain for condensate water. You can collect the condensed water via a tube to a condensed collection tank (If you want to use the condensed water).
