RIGID's DC Condensing Unit connects directly to the user's evaporator or cold plate, removing the need for secondary coolant and reducing system components. The direct expansion system, equipped with a mini DC compressor and using refrigerant, efficiently transfers heat. The mini compressor drives refrigerant through the evaporator, absorbing heat at the source and minimizing system size.
This design eliminates the need for a water cooling loop, simplifying the system and enabling seamless integration into compact systems, making it the world's smallest air-direct cooling system with high heat fluxes.

DC Condensing Unit (Direct Refrigerant Cooling) offers substantial advantages over liquid chiller and thermoelectric.
With refrigerant flowing directly through the cold plate, driven by the compressor, the need for recirculating pumps, fluid reservoirs, and associated components is eliminated, reducing failure points.
It is up to 20 times smaller and lighter than traditional liquid chillers, improving efficiency by avoiding losses in liquid cooling. It boasts a 40% higher cooling capacity, simplified configuration, and high reliability, and requires minimal maintenance. It is ideal for laser, semiconductor, and medical device applications.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
