RIGID's DC Condensing Unit connects directly to the user's evaporator or cold plate, removing the need for secondary coolant and reducing system components. The direct expansion system, equipped with a mini DC compressor and using refrigerant, efficiently transfers heat. The mini compressor drives refrigerant through the evaporator, absorbing heat at the source and minimizing system size.
This design eliminates the need for a water cooling loop, simplifying the system and enabling seamless integration into compact systems, making it the world's smallest air-direct cooling system with high heat fluxes.

The Plate Liquid Chiller consists of a highly efficient refrigeration mini compressor with R134a coolant, the smallest condenser, plate evaporator, filter drier, drive board, and other refrigeration parts. All these refrigeration parts are well integrated with one unit, sophisticated design by our skilled engineers. It does not only facilitate installation but also assures end users have the latest micro cooling solutions.
The Plate Liquid Chiller is good for customers who can deal with system control. They want cooling subsystem modules only to integrate or assemble with their machine or equipment. The customer's control board can connect with our BLDC compressor driver board to control compressor speed and get the best performance they need. We keep engineering and manufacturing up-to-date micro and portable commercial refrigeration systems for both OEM and ODM projects.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us by email. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping address and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
